I am 5’9, 175 lbs, athletic build but with a spare tire midsection and 38DD chest. I got the large size dress. Dress feels great and airy. This dress isn’t meant to show off your chest so be careful of bustin buttons. The waist could be cinched tighter and I think you could use it to wear a cute belt.
